For more than 20 years, I've worked alongside the hospitality industry, building relationships with the people who shape it. Those experiences taught me what strong leadership actually looks like - and the impact the right person has on a business.

That experience now guides every search I lead. It starts with understanding the business, the culture, and the people behind it. My role isn't matching résumés to job descriptions - it's identifying leaders who make the organizations around them better.

Whether I'm partnering with a boutique hotel, private club, or restaurant group - or applying that same discipline to a supply chain search - my commitment is the same: building trusted relationships and finding the right leader for the job.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me coaching youth hockey, spending time with my family, or at our cottage in the Thousand Islands.
